About J-Armor
Help us end child labor, empower veterans, and bring American manufacturing back to life. J-Armor was built with purpose — and every item we sell is a step toward that vision.

Built With Purpose. Backed by Grit.
I’m Jake Hernandez — founder of J-Armor and U.S. Air Force veteran. While earning my MBA, I saw a serious problem: it’s almost impossible to find quality everyday wear that is actually made here at home. That realization sparked a fire — to create a brand that doesn’t cut corners, doesn’t outsource its values, and doesn’t apologize for wanting better.
J-Armor was born to deliver uncompromising quality while helping revive American manufacturing, piece by piece.
🛠️ 100% American Made by Nov. 2027
Going fully American-made will be benefited by volume, scale, and infrastructure — that’s why we’re building momentum first. This will allow us to create more U.S. jobs, grow with American manufacturers, and keep premium quality affordable. We’re on track to be 100% U.S.-made by November 1st, 2027.
Right now, every J-Armor product is built using a supply chain with a U.S. footprint — most of our operations are managed domestically, but some production still takes place overseas. Our goal is ambitious: by November 1st, 2027, every product will be designed, prototyped, manufactured, and fulfilled entirely in the United States.
Whenever you see “Made in USA” in a product description, you’ll know that piece is already part of that future. However, every purchase — whether domestic or hybrid — directly supports that mission.
